La actuación consta de dos edificios exentos destinados a naves logísticas en tipología de naves multi inquilinos con oficinas (4 inquilinos por nave), cada uno de ellos con acceso independiente, y una serie de edificios auxiliares, rodeados por los correspondientes espacios exteriores (zonas verdes y aparcamiento) y viales de circulación.
Se lleva a cabo el acondicionamiento de los espacios exteriores como aparcamiento, zonas de carga y descarga y sus correspondientes viales de circulación dando cumplimiento a las dotaciones establecidas en la normativa urbanística de aplicación.
Las oficinas se ubican en módulos anexos a las fachadas norte y sur en el punto medio de las fachadas longitudinales.
La implantación está dotada de un total de 156 muelles de carga en fachadas norte y sur, con un desnivel de 1,20 m entre pavimento interior y exterior.

PLATAFORMA TWO MULTI-TENANT WAREHOUSE LOGISTIC CENTER

The project consists of two free-standing buildings for logistics warehouses in a multi-tenant warehouse typology with offices (4 tenants per warehouse), each with independent access, and a series of auxiliary buildings, surrounded by the corresponding exterior spaces (green areas and parking) and circulation roads.
The exterior spaces will be prepared for parking, loading and unloading areas and their corresponding circulation roads, complying with the provisions established in the applicable urban planning regulations.

TThe implementation is equipped with a total of 156 loading docks on the north and south facades, with a 1.20 m difference in level between the interior and exterior pavement.
