En 2012 fuimos designados por la empresa multinacional AJE-GROUP para llevar a cabo el proyecto de la planta embotelladora de Indonesia en Lippo Cikarang.
Durante algo más de dos años nos encargamos de desarrollar el “concept design”, el proyecto de ejecución y posteriormente nos encargamos de la asistencia técnica en la licitación de las obras y “Project management” durante el periodo de ejecución de las obras hasta la completa finalización.
Para SVAM esta obra ha supuesto un gran crecimiento profesional, tanto en el conocimiento de la industria embotelladora de refrescos, como en el conocimiento de la construcción y la cultura de Indonesia.
El complejo industrial alberga además del proceso embotellador, el centro logístico, planta de tratamiento de agua y fabricación de preformas y tapas.
Los aspectos mas destacables del proyecto fueron resolver una cimentación profunda con mas de 60 Kilómetros de pilotaje, la incorporación de estrategias pasivas de acondicionamiento, ventilación e iluminación natural y la gestión y el diseño de sistemas constructivos que permitieran alcanzar tanto los estándares industriales del grupo como la construcción en plazos récord.
In 2012 we were appointed by the multinational company AJE-GROUP to carry out the project of the bottling plant in Indonesia in Lippo Cikarang.
For just over two years we were responsible for developing the “concept design”, the execution project and then we were responsible for technical assistance in the tendering of the works and “Project management” during the period of execution of the works until full completion.
For SVAM this work has meant a great professional growth, both in the knowledge of the soft drinks bottling industry, as well as in the knowledge of the construction and culture of Indonesia.
In addition to the bottling process, the industrial complex houses the logistics centre, water treatment plant and preform and cap manufacturing.
The most important aspects of the project were to resolve a deep foundation with more than 60 kilometres of piling, the incorporation of passive strategies for air conditioning, ventilation and natural lighting, and the management and design of construction systems that allowed the group’s industrial standards to be met and the construction to be completed in record time.
