Rehabilitación de un edificio de viviendas de 1931.

Se trata de un edificio de estructura de acero roblonado. Consta de nueve viviendas exclusivas con tres patios interiores. Parte de la intervención ha sido recuperar la fachada original reconstruyendo las terrazas y torreones existentes además de reformar las zonas comunes y el interior de las viviendas.

Refurbishment of a residential building dating from 1931.

It is a building with an steel structure. It consists of nine exclusive dwellings with three interior courtyards. Part of the intervention has been to recover the original façade by reconstructing the existing terraces and towers as well as renovating the communal areas and the interior of the flats.
