Rehabilitación de un edificio de viviendas bajo la tipología de corrala tradicional de madera, un pequeño tesoro de gran valor arquitectónico y cultural que suponen un símbolo de la arquitectura madrileña. Consta de 25 viviendas y cinco locales. La finalidad de la intervención fue recuperar la identidad de este tipo de edificaciones devolviendo al edificio los materiales originales como el revoco, la piedra y la madera y dotándolo de las prestaciones necesarias para unas viviendas del SXXI.

Refurbishment of a residential building in the traditional wooden corrala style, a small treasure of great architectural and cultural value that is a symbol of Madrid’s architecture. It consists of 25 dwellings and five business premises. The aim of the intervention was to recover the identity of this type of building by restoring the original materials such as plaster, stone and wood to the building and providing it with the necessary features for 21st century dwellings.
